Return/Refund Policy

First of all, you can always request cancellation and refund via our site or paypal, please be relaxed.


All products have a 30 day return policy unless otherwise marked. The return period for each item will be on the Additional Info tab under the description.

A Few Things to Know

  1. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, media, cables, chargers etc.
  2. Returns may take up to 30 days depending on warehouse. Most warehouses process returns in 1-2 weeks.
  3. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.
  4. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Types of Returns and What to Expect

Unwanted – You will be refunded the item cost only. (Shipping costs are non refundable)
Returned to Sender – You will be refunded the item cost only. (Shipping costs are non refundable)
Lost in Transit– We will initiate a claim with the carrier, if the item is found/delivered to customer the claim will be closed.
Defective – You will have the option of a full refund (including shipping costs) or a replacement depending on your request.
Damaged – Damages must be reported within 7 days of package delivery and we will initiate a damage claim with the carrier. You will need to provide proof of the damage (usually a photo(s) will be requested) If the claim is approved by the carrier, you will receive a full refund (including shipping costs).
Missing Part(s) – In most cases we will get the warehouse to send the missing part(s), if this is not an option it will be treated as a not as described return.
Not as Described – If a product arrives not as described, we will review it on a case by case basis and may ask for additional information, if the item is found to actually be “Not as Described” we will issue a prepaid return label, and you will receive a full refund (including shipping costs).


Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for faulty products.

If you do not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.


If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
